To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided

Note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  1. Email us at contact@zentrax.pro with your order number and reason for the return

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and a return address

  3. Carefully package your item and ship it back using a trackable method

  4. Once received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you of the status of your refund

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when due to our error

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or wrong item

  • A description of the issue

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.


โ— Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again

  2. Contact your payment provider โ€” some banks may delay posting

  3. If still unresolved, email us at contact@zentrax.pro
